Are programs available in Spanish?

Yes — all of our programs are fully bilingual (English and Spanish). Our staff are native Spanish speakers and we strive to ensure that language is never a barrier to accessing our services.

Housing

Through partnerships with USDA and Rural Development, Campesinos Sin Fronteras delivers housing rehabilitation, self-help services, and housing counseling to eligible South Yuma County households — including low- and moderate-income families, seniors, families with children, and individuals with disabilities.

Loans can be used for home repairs or replacing units.

Loan up to $14,999.99 for basic home repairs, improvements or modernization.
Low interest of only 1% fixed.
Subject to the applicant's repayment capacity.

Grant

Grants(subsidies) must be used exclusively for the elimination of health and safety risks. (Exclusively for older adults)

Grant exclusively for people 62 years of age or older.
Funds must be used only for the elimination of health and safety risks.
