Your Future your Choice (YFYC)

At Campesinos Sin Fronteras, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a strong and healthy future. Through our Your Future, Your Choice program, we help youth gain the skills and confidence they need to make positive decisions in their lives.

What this program is about

Our program teaches youth how to: 

  • Make smart and healthy choices

  • Set goals for their future

  • Build confidence and life skills

  • Understand their emotions and mental health

  • Develop strong and respectful relationships We create a safe space where youth can learn, ask questions, and grow.

Who this Program is For

We serve youth ages 11 to 18, including:

  • Middle school students (6th–7th grade)

  • High school students (8th–12th grade)

Our lessons are designed to match each age group so every student gets the support they need.

How the Program Works

For 6th & 7th Grade – Teen Outreach Program (TOP)

Students take part in fun and engaging lessons that focus on: 

  • Social and emotional growth

  • Mental health awareness

  • Life skills and communication Students also complete community service hours, helping them connect with and give back to their community.

For 8th–12th Grade – Promoting Health Among Teens (PHAT)

Teens learn important topics such as:

  • Goal setting and decision-making

  • Healthy relationships and consent

  • Understanding puberty and personal health This program helps teens prepare for real-life situations and make informed choices.

Community Service & Leadership

We believe learning goes beyond the classroom. Youth in this program complete community service hours, giving them the chance to:

Help others in their community 

Build leadership skills 

Gain real-world experience 

Feel proud of the impact they make
