CSF provides low-cost immigration services to community residents, assisting with applications, required documents, and identifying available options based on each individual’s circumstances.

Citizenship
(N-400)

  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) (valid for at least 6 months or more)

  • Social Security card

  • Valid Identification (ID) or Driver's License

  • Certified court records of any arrests or legal proceedings, if applicable

  • Citizenship Preparation

Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) Services (Form I-90)
Renewal

CSF assists eligible lawful permanent residents with the Green Card renewal application process, including preparation of Form 1-90 and review of required supporting documentation. 


USCIS requires permanent residents to file for renewal within 6 months of their Green Card expiration date. 


Replacement

CSF assists with the Green Card replacement applications for cards that are lost, damaged, contain incorrect information, or require replacement for other eligible reasons.

  • Valid Identification (ID) or Driver's License

Family-Based Immigration Services

CSF provides assistance with various immigration applications and processes, including: 


  • Family-Based Petitions (Form I-130)

  • Consular Processing

  • Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-600)

  • Citizenship Through Parents (Acquired or Derived Citizenship)

  • Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence (Form I-751)

  • Waivers (Forms I-601 and I-212)

  • Replacement of Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-565)

  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests (Form G-639)

  • DACA Renewals (Form I-821D)

  • Immigration Consultations

SENTRI Application Assistance

Required Information and Documents: 

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency

  • Valid driver's license

  • Active phone number and email address

  • Residence and employment information for the past 5 years

  • International Travel history outside the country for the past 5 years

  • Vehicle insurance records

  • Certified court records, if applicable

Other Services

  • Immigration Document Translation Services (Spanish to English)

  • U.S. passport application assistance

  • Notary Public

Fee Waiver

A fee waiver allows eligible applicants to request that the government filing fee be reduced or waived for certain immigration applications, such as naturalization or renewal of a permanent resident card (Green Card).

 

Eligibility Requirements to Apply for a Fee Waiver

To qualify for a fee waiver, you must provide documentation showing that you meet at least one of the following criteria: 

  • You are enrolled in AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System)

  • You receive SNAP(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/Food Stamps)

  • You receive Social Security benefits

  • Your household income is at or below the applicable income guidelines supported by your most recent tax return

 

All Supporting Documentation must: 

  • Be in English

  • Include your full legal name

  • Be current and valid, with documentation dated within the last 6 months
