Strengthening Partnerships for Youth Success

17 ene 2025

This week, Campesinos Sin Fronteras, 2Thrive Program had the privilege of visiting some of our valued partners in Yuma County: local parks and recreation departments, gyms, schools, and the juvenile court. These key players in the Youth Empowerment Network (YEN) are essential to promoting positive youth outcomes and helping young people thrive .

During these conversations, we reflected on this year’s successes and worked together to brainstorm ideas for improving and strengthening our partnerships in the coming year.

A key highlight of our visits was presenting a check as part of the shared commitment between organizations. This gesture underscores the importance of working together toward a common goal: creating opportunities and supporting the growth and development of young people in our community.

We are grateful for the dedication and hard work of our partners, and we look forward to another impactful year of collaboration. Together, we are making a difference!

This project is supported by the Office of Population Affairs of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling 985,999.00 for 5 years with 100 percent funded by OPA/OASH/HHS.
