At Campesinos Sin Fronteras, we believe strong families are the heart of a strong community. Through our Familias Fuertes (Strengthening Families) program, we help parents and youth grow closer, communicate better, and make healthy choices together.

This program is designed for both adults and youth to learn side by side.
How the Program Works
For 6th & 7th Grade
– Teen Outreach Program (TOP)
Students take part in fun and engaging lessons that focus on:
Social and emotional growth
Mental health awareness
Life skills and communication Students also complete community service hours, helping them connect with and give back to their community.
For 8th–12th Grade
– Promoting Health Among Teens (PHAT)
Teens learn important topics such as:
Goal setting and decision-maing
Healthy relationships and consent
Understanding personal health This program helps teens prepare for real-life situations and make informed choices.
