At Campesinos Sin Fronteras, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a strong and healthy future. Through our Your Future, Your Choice program, we help youth gain the skills and confidence they need to make positive decisions in their lives.

Helping Youth Make Smart Choices for a Healthy Future 

We work with students across South Yuma County to guide them, support them, and help them grow into strong leaders.

Our program teaches youth how to:

Make smart and healthy choices

Set goals for their future

Build confidence and life skills 

Understand their emotions and mental health 

Develop strong and respectful relationships

Who this Program is For?

We serve youth ages 11 to 18, including:​

Middle School students (6th -7th grade)

High School Students (8th - 12th grade)

Our lessons are designed to match each age group so every student gets the support they need.

How the Program Works

For 6th & 7th Grade

– Teen Outreach Program (TOP)

Students take part in fun and engaging lessons that focus on: â€‹

Social and emotional growth

Mental health awareness

Life skills and communication Students also complete community service hours, helping them connect with and give back to their community.

For 8th–12th Grade

– Promoting Health Among Teens (PHAT)

Teens learn important topics such as:​

Goal setting and decision-maing

Healthy relationships and consent

Understanding personal health This program helps teens prepare for real-life situations and make informed choices.
